Our Florida Vaca in PIctures

A few weeks ago we traveled to Florida to visit with Grampy and Grammy.

We spent 99% of our time swimming or eating ice cream.

And I can promise you that I was also on this family trip, even though there isn't one picture of me.

The girls enjoyed the water park.

Ella enjoyed spraying an unsuspecting Abby with water.

Grammy enjoyed spending time with Ella (and Abby).

Abby loved playing in the sand.

She just looks like a beach volleyball player.

Ella couldn't get enough of the pool.

I am confident she will be an independent swimmer during our next visit.

Mini golf pro!  She scored a hole in one!

Independent.

Little big fish.

Daddy and his girls.

Beach babe.

Just a littler different than the Oregon Coast.

Cheeeeese!

Till next time!

The Fish That Refused to Swim

My little fish swims in the outside big pool, no problem.  She slides down the water slide and begs to go "faster."

Ella LOOKS like quite the serious swimmer in her fancy pants wetsuit, but looks can be deceiving
Deep in thought.

because this fish refused to step in the water for swim class.

Little Fish in a Big Pond

Oh well, there is always Wednesday's class and I have a feeling that this big fish will be joining the little fish in the water.

Michael Phelps ... Watch Out!

Michael Phelps, watch out!  Ella is developing quite the love of water and I fear that sooner or later she will be able to take you, and any anyone else for that matter, on.  Here is the evidence from our Cousin's Weekend trip at the Lake House.

Testing the water

Notice the LIFE JACKET, Dad.  No need to worry.....

She kept jumping backwards because she wanted to float.  She loved it, I promise.

Waist deep in the lake

"Daddy, I DON'T wanna get out!  I am NOT hungry!  That was SO fun!"
All smiles....

Summer Has Arrived

Nothing beats "swimming" in your own little pool.
